Welcome to Allergy Continuing Education. These allergy CME terms of use set out the conditions under which you may access and use this website and the continuing medical education (CME) resources we make available here. By browsing this site, ordering our online CME course, or using our member portal, you agree to the terms described on this page. Please read them carefully; if you do not agree, we ask that you discontinue use of the site.
Acceptable Use of the Site
This website is operated by Allergy Continuing Education, a for-profit business providing continuing medical education for functional/integrative health providers and primary care providers. The content here — including descriptions of our in-person training, online training, ACE membership, and our course ‘Allergy – How to do it’ — is provided for informational and educational purposes for licensed providers. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to copy, redistribute, or republish our materials without written permission.
Intellectual Property & Course Materials
Our course protocol is based on the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy and has been developed and refined over more than 40 years of experience in allergy training. All course materials, documentation, practice parameters, billing and supply guidance, and the ‘Allergy – How to do it’ curriculum are the intellectual property of Allergy Continuing Education. These materials are provided for your professional use as a participant and may not be reproduced, resold, or shared with third parties without our express written consent.
Member Portal & Accounts
Registered members may access our client portal for continuous online meetings and training through ACE membership. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Accounts are for the individual provider and staff we have authorized, in keeping with our CME for all employees offering, and may not be shared outside your practice. Please notify us promptly at diana@allergyts.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Allergy Continuing Education provides training and continuing medical education; the clinical application of what you learn remains the professional responsibility of each licensed provider and their practice. While our protocol is built on 40+ years of experience and the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy, we do not guarantee specific clinical, financial, or insurance-reimbursement outcomes, as these depend on how closely the protocol is followed and on factors outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Allergy Continuing Education is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. These terms may be updated from time to time, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
